CanDo® exercise tubing is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. It is lightweight, portable and durable. Effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors. Exercise tubing is color-coded according to resistance. Simply unroll desired length of exercise tubing and cut with scissors. CanDo® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence so resistance level is easily identified. Tubing is available in 8 resistance levels. Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold. CanDo® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
